Return and Refund Policy
Changes to your order or cancellations (hereinafter referred to as "cancellations, etc.") are permitted only if the item is unused, unaltered, and unaltered by the customer, within 7 days of receiving the product from the time of order.
Regarding Cancellations
Cancellations are possible after the order has been placed, the product has been delivered, and you have received the product.
Since delivery is handled by an outsourced delivery company after the order is placed, cancellations are not possible until the product arrives at the customer's address.
After receiving the product, you must promptly return it to the address provided by our customer service. In this case, you will be responsible for the shipping costs, return shipping costs, miscellaneous expenses, taxes, and a 5% return handling fee.
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the product arrives at our company and its condition is confirmed, minus shipping costs and miscellaneous expenses.
The product must be resalable.
Items with scratches or damage are not eligible for return.
Handling of Initial Defects: We will handle any issues such as deformation that affects driving performance if the product is opened within 7 days of arrival.
After installation on the vehicle, any issues will be subject to a fee.
Damage and Problems:
Please check the product upon receipt of your order. If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will assess the problem and address it appropriately.
Refunds:
We will notify you once the return has been received and inspected. We will also inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and for it to be paid out.
