Refund policy
Returns and Cancellations Due to Customer Convenience: Order cancellations and returns are accepted only within 7 days of receiving the product, provided the product is unused, unaltered, and in a resalable condition (no modifications or alterations by the customer). Products with scratches or damage are not eligible for return.
For cancellations between order completion and delivery, due to system and delivery procedures, please receive the product first and then follow the return procedure outlined in this clause.
In the case of returns due to customer convenience, the customer is responsible for round-trip shipping costs (delivery and return shipping) and other actual expenses related to the return. Once the product arrives at our company and its condition is confirmed, a refund will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method.
Handling of Initial Defects and Damage: If, within 7 days of receiving the product, there are deformations, defects, or damage that cause problems with operation or use upon opening the package, or if you receive a different product, please contact our customer service (info@8ftweekend.com) immediately, in accordance with Article 8. We will confirm the condition and promptly take appropriate action (exchange or refund). *Please note that once the product has been installed on a vehicle, or has been modified or deformed, it will not be covered under warranty for any reason (charges will apply). Please be sure to check the product before installation.
Regarding Refunds: Once the returned product has been inspected and the refund is approved, it will be automatically processed within 10 business days using your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take some time for the funds to actually be credited. If you do not receive your refund after 16 business days from the return approval date, please contact info@8ftweekend.com.
