Return and Refund Policy

Changes to your order or cancellations (hereinafter referred to as "cancellations, etc.") are permitted only if the product is unused, unaltered, and unmodified by the customer, within 3 days of receiving the product from the time of order.

Regarding Cancellations

Cancellations are possible after ordering, delivery, and receipt of the product.

Since delivery is handled by an outsourced delivery company after the order is placed, cancellations are not possible until the product arrives at the customer's address.

After receiving the product, you must promptly return it to the address provided by our customer service center. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs, return shipping costs, miscellaneous expenses, taxes, and a 5% return handling fee.

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the product arrives at our company and its condition is confirmed, minus shipping costs and miscellaneous expenses.

Handling of Initial Defects
We will handle initial defects within 3 days of product arrival if there are any deformations that affect driving performance upon opening the product.

After installation on a vehicle, any repairs will be subject to a fee, regardless of the reason.


Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and address it appropriately.

Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and make the payment.
