We sincerely hope that everyone can enjoy custom bikes safely.
■Regarding the use of custom parts
Custom bikes are about enjoying design.
Since a stock bike is disassembled and different parts are added, parts are shaved, drilled, or welded and processed to fit the stock bike. Small scratches and scuffs may occur during processing. Added parts are not genuine parts. Colors may vary slightly, and there may be slight gaps at connecting points.
All products are for custom vehicles or custom parts, and are not mass-produced products from commercial manufacturers. Processing may be required for installation.
In addition, our sales system does not include the same maintenance or after-sales care systems as commercial manufacturers. Please understand that we cannot provide the same level of service as commercial manufacturers before purchasing.
- The installation and use of custom parts are at the purchaser's own risk. Scratches or damage occurring during installation or use are not covered by warranty under any circumstances.
- Adding custom parts may void the motorcycle manufacturer's warranty.
- Adding custom parts may change the balance and aerodynamic resistance, potentially affecting riding performance, but any such effects are not covered by warranty.
- Most custom parts are overseas products and may have minor scratches or uneven paint. Also, scuffs may occur during transportation. Such scratches are not covered by compensation.If you are concerned about minor scratches or uneven paint, we do not recommend purchasing.
If you demand the same performance, paint quality, or balance as a production vehicle, we do not recommend custom vehicles. Please choose a stock vehicle.
Prices are standard prices and may change without notice due to fluctuations in exchange rates, import costs, etc.
■Product warranty (initial defects)
If an initial defect is found within 7 days after delivery, the product will be repaired or replaced.
After that, it will be out of warranty for any reason, and we will provide paid repair services.
Please note that if specifications are changed within 7 days, regardless of the changed parts, the product will no longer be eligible for initial defect coverage from that point.
■Precautions for rubber products
Rubber products may rarely deform during transportation.
They will return to their original shape when fitted to the vehicle during installation.
If the rubber part is pulled and installed, it will return to its original shape within a few days.
