Shipping policy

We will ship the product to you based on your order. However, we reserve the right to determine the shipping date on a case-by-case basis depending on the type and quantity of the product ordered, the order date and time, etc.

Shipping begins sequentially from the time your order is placed. Therefore, cancellations are not possible once the shipping process has started. If you wish to cancel, please follow the return procedure after the product has been delivered to you, as stipulated in Article 4.

The shipping date and the delivery date to you are different. When ordering this product, please refer to the estimated delivery time listed on our website. Please note that delivery may not be possible within the estimated delivery time for your region due to transportation environment reasons such as weather, traffic congestion, road construction, etc., shipping times (year-end and New Year holidays, summer holidays, mid-year and year-end gift seasons, etc.), and other reasons (delivery company strikes, customs changes, wars and conflicts, earthquakes, tsunamis, etc.). In such cases, we will not be held liable to you in any way.


If a package is returned due to customer reasons such as refusal to accept delivery or prolonged absence, the customer will be responsible for all necessary expenses, including round-trip shipping costs and any applicable taxes.

Regarding handling of delivery problems such as loss or damage: (1) If damage occurs during delivery via international mail (EMS, etc.), the recipient must promptly file a report and claim compensation with the delivery company (post office, etc.). (2) In the unlikely event that the delivery company's compensation is insufficient, we will consider alternative measures and strive to satisfy the customer as much as possible. (3) Please note that if the customer refuses to make the necessary claims and cooperate with the delivery company, we will not be able to provide any compensation or support from our company.
