Shipping policy

We will ship this product to you based on your order.

Shipping begins immediately upon receiving your order. Cancellations are only possible after delivery to you. We cannot process cancellations after delivery.

The shipping date and the delivery date to you are different. When ordering this product, please refer to the estimated delivery time listed on our website.

Shipping is usually within 1 to 14 days, with a typical delivery time of 10 to 21 days.

◎Regarding handling of delivery problems such as loss or damage
If damage occurs during delivery, please utilize EMS insurance after receiving the package.
EMS insurance is a guarantee provided by the post office for problems during delivery.
The insurance claim must be filed by the recipient.
We ask that you file an EMS insurance claim in case of damage.
If the EMS insurance result is insufficient, we will consider providing further compensation and strive to satisfy the customer as much as possible.
"Regarding damage during delivery, we will work with the delivery company or support the customer in the EMS insurance procedure to promptly consider replacement, refund, or other appropriate measures."
