We will ship this product to you based on your order.

Shipping begins immediately upon receiving your order. Cancellations are only possible after delivery to you. We cannot process cancellations after delivery.

The shipping date and the delivery date to you are different. When ordering this product, please refer to the estimated delivery time listed on our website. Please note that delivery may not be possible within the estimated delivery time for your region due to transportation environment reasons such as weather, traffic congestion, road construction, shipping time (year-end and New Year holidays, summer holidays, mid-year and year-end gift seasons, etc.), and other reasons (delivery company strikes, customs changes, wars and conflicts, earthquakes, tsunamis, etc.). EMS insurance is a guarantee provided by the post office for problems during delivery.

If the EMS warranty claim is unsatisfactory, we will consider providing further warranty support and strive to satisfy you as much as possible.

If you do not file an EMS warranty claim, we will understand that you do not wish to receive a warranty, and the item will not be covered by our warranty.
