Getting ready for summer touring

I was wishing there was a Reiko-style leg shield, like the one in the anime "Super Cub," and then I found it! It's always great when you find the parts you're looking for!
Of course, it couldn't be directly attached to the current CT125, so it was a lot of trial and error! At first, the welds were weak during testing, leading to cracks, and the shape was bad, so it took quite a while. If it came off while riding, it could lead to an accident, so safety first!
Then, of course, I started thinking about a windshield, and after looking at various options, the quality of the screen was overwhelmingly different.
When it comes to windshields, it has to be Asahi Windshield! I asked them, not expecting much, but they readily agreed to produce a special olive green color and approved OEM production.
And I'm so grateful that they even shaped the screen to match the anime's image! Thank you, thank you!
With the oil cooler included, these three items make up the Reiko Set!
I seriously think there's no other place that would sell a set like this, and I'm very proud of it!
The main image of the windshield and leg shield's effect is preventing rain and dust from hitting your body, but in fact, the even bigger effect is reducing wind pressure and thus reducing fatigue.
If you try riding a long distance with and without a windshield, you'll be surprised by the difference.
And with an oil cooler, it prevents heat fade, making it recommended for summer touring.
