Refund policy.

Changes or cancellations of orders (hereinafter referred to as "cancellations") may only be made up to 7 days after receipt of the Product, provided that the Product has not been used, processed or deformed by the customer himself/herself. The Product will be delivered once the order has been placed, as the delivery process begins once the order has been placed. We will cancel the order after delivery and receipt of the product. The goods must be promptly returned to the address given by the contact person (Thai delivery centre). In this case, the shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
Refunds will be paid within 5 working days after the product arrives at our company and its condition is confirmed.
