*Cancellation is only possible after the product has arrived at the customer's premises. The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the product.

We will send you a tracking code after delivery.
Please check before contacting us as it may be sorted into a folder such as junk mail.

*Delivery time is approximately 7-10 days, but can be delayed on Saturdays, Sundays and Sundays, so please allow around two weeks for delivery.
Also, some products (e.g. belt-driven Mugello products) are handmade and take longer. Please understand this in advance.

After delivery (products with a tracking code), delivery is carried out by the post office and we do not have any information beyond the tracking code even if you contact us.
